Where can I sign up?

You can sign up to UG Loyalty by clicking here.

What is the difference between points, rewards and tiers?

Points go up and down as you earn and spend them. Rewards are redeemable items based on the amount of points you currently have (ie 1200 points allows you to redeem a free salad). Tiers are based on the total amount of points you have earned since joining UG Loyalty, not your current point balance.

How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points for every £1 you spend by scanning the unique QR code on your Green Card when visiting us in store, or by logging in with your loyalty account when checking out via our website.

How do I redeem rewards?

Simply scan your Green Card at the till in-store and our team will redeem any rewards you have available. If ordering online, log in with your loyalty account at checkout to view any redeemable rewards.

Can I earn points on pickup and delivery orders too?

Yes! Any orders made directly via our website for pickup or delivery are eligible for loyalty points. Simply log into your loyalty account at checkout, to have your points added.

Where can I check my points balance and tier?

Your points balance and tier are visible on your Green Card.

Where can I see what rewards I have ready to redeem?

You can check if you have any rewards by clicking the green UG widget and logging into your loyalty account.

Do my points expire?

Your points will only expire if you don't scan your Green Card at least once per year. We will send you a reminder 1 month before, if you are due to lose your points.

Do I stay in a tier forever once I reach it?

From the date you join, you have one year to earn enough points to stay in your current tier. If you do not earn enough points by the end of that year, you'll be moved down to the tier you qualify for based on your points.

What about my Urban Greens MagicStamp?

We continue to stamp any already started Magic Stamp Cards until 31/01/2025 and we will redeem any earned salads until 28/02/25. After this, we encourage you to join UG Loyalty!
